The Scope of work comprised of:
- Sourcing of bulk Power Purchase Agreements – targeted clients (last PPA sourced for 150 MW)
- Feasibility surveys, ESG assessment of sites and developing inventory of land parcels
- Legal due diligence, procurement of land, establishing clear and marketable title and confirming all legal rights for free hold/ leased land
- Obtaining connectivity approvals
- All other regulatory approvals related to construction and operation of solar plant and evacuation infra
- Structuring of PPA, EPC, other project contracts and providing project management services for execution and achievement of COD
- Open Access related services
