Case Study
In this case study, our renewable energy development company successfully completed a 20 MW AC project with a grid PPA for an MNC client. Despite facing challenges such as adverse ground conditions during heavy monsoon, difficulties in procuring 33KV conductors, and supply disruptions due to floods, we managed to overcome these obstacles through proactive remedial actions and completed the project within the set timeline.
Our success was largely attributed to the trust placed in us by the MNC client. We went above and beyond the contracted scope of work, providing extensive support in obtaining permits, licenses, and documentation related to project agreements. Additionally, we collaborated closely with top-tier QA/QC agencies appointed by the client and met stringent governance standards, ensuring the project's success despite the challenges encountered.
